When you let UPM manage your property we service all areas these basic repairs are included in your monthly management fee. We will automaticly go in and repair for free any of the following:

Light Fixture Replacement and Repair
Electric Plugs Replacement and Repair
Electric Sockets Replacement and Repair
Minor Wall Damage up to the size of 2 x 2
Unstopping of Sinks – Toilets – Tubs “When Possible”
Bulk Removal - Unit Clean Out “When Possible”
We will advise you immediately on any major repairs to be made and always provide you with local estatimates of cost. You always have the final decision on any major repairs.
